3-5 Page Site = $300, each additional page $50 each: This is a one time set-up fee which includes designing and building your web site (minimum 3 page site required), with 1 theme, all your information, email, logo, pictures, links to other sites, navigation, & hit counter. I will also submit your site to all the major search engines.
Site Maintenance & Upkeep = $250 per year: If you would like me to take care of all the updates of your site as needed I can do this also. You just email me the updated information or pictures and I take care of putting it on your site. If you need changes to your site more frequently than a couple times a month there could be an additional fee for my time working on changes or updates.
Custom Logos = $75-$100 each: I can design a custom logo for your business or web site. Give me an idea of how you want it designed & I can do it.
I require 50% of the cost of your site up front and the balance including any yearly Site Maintenance & Upkeep fee (if you choose this service) after the site is finished. Depending on how many sites I am working on I will try to get your site finished within a week (as long as you provide me with the necessary information & files).
I accept personal checks, or money orders, or I accept payments through PayPal account transfers or credit card (if paid through PayPal there will be a charge of 3% of your total because of the fee we are charged for receiving payment through PayPal.
For me to get your photos and other information on your site in a timely manner you must email me the images and the information you need on your site promptly. I am committed to updating your site within 2 days of receiving your information.
